Evolution list
This page is the kind of thing I can picture nobody being interested in except me, but basically, it lists all Pokémon evolutions - by method. So you can look up all Pokémon that evolve at level 20, for example, or that evolve with a Fire Stone. Of course, you can also use the find feature in your browser (usually Ctrl+F as far as I know) to find a Pokémon and then you can look at its evolution method.
Espeon/Umbreon guide
